A very short time after completing your assessment questionnaire, a detailed, fully personalised Evaluation Report will be produced containing practical examples in a PDF format that can be downloaded or viewed on screen.

Not only will you be able to gauge your pack’s effectiveness in its own right, against competitors’ packs and against industry standards, you will also obtain practical hints and invaluable direction in introducing improvements at every point. In this way alone, Royal Mail Responsivate could provide a very powerful ally.

What your Evaluation Report will reveal

Every Evaluation Report will include:

• An overall summary of the pack’s effectiveness expressed as a percentage
• A total score – plus a breakdown of scoring for each section, so you can see where your pack is strongest
• Practical examples, recommendations and guidance based on best practice for improving the pack’s effectiveness at each stage. Wherever possible this signposting information will also be industry-specific.

Scoring will be shown both graphically and as a percentage of the Benchmark (industry specific) score.

For your convenience and future reference, Benchmark scoring details will be retained on system in your Account so that you can access archived reports based on previously completed assessments at any time.
