About your Account
Once you have registered with Royal Mail
Responsivate, an Account will be generated
for you. When you log-in to Royal Mail
Responsivate you will be taken to your
Account page, and will be able to access:
- any pack assessments
previously conducted
- previously generated
reports
To help you get the most from the Royal
Mail Responsivate website, the following
services are available:
To change your user details
We understand that nothing stands still
in a business environment, and personnel
changes are a frequent occurrence. To
ensure that continuity within your business
can be maintained your user details can
be amended at any time.
Update
your user details
If you lose your password
If you are unable to remember or access
your password when trying to Log-In to
use Royal Mail Responsivate or view your
Account, simply click the ‘Forgotten
Password’ button that you will
see at the top of the screen. This will
take you through a sequence of screening
questions.
To save reports
You will always be able to access and utilise
previously completed assessments and reports.
You can also make comparisons with archived
reports and any new assessments you may
undertake.
To access previously abandoned assessments
The date and time that an assessment was
conducted will be stored on the database
together with scoring for completed sections
only. If your assessment is interrupted
part way through, every completed section
will be saved. This enables you to return
to the report at a future date and complete
the assessment. Any section only part-completed
will not be saved.
